Do I need to install or set up Libeo to connect it to my Xero account?

No, the connection between your Xero account and Libeo is simple and immediate. On your Libeo account, under the “Integrations” page you can connect to your Xero account in one click. Libeo will import all your bills. The import might take up to 15 minutes depending on the number of bills that you have. Paid bills in Xero will be already tagged as paid in Libeo. Every hour, Libeo will import all new bills from Xero.

Can my accountant use the integration between Xero and Libeo?

Any subscription to Libeo, free or paid, includes one access for your accountant. Your accountant can review bills, request your validation and then pay your bills. Your accountant can also export accounting entries related to your bills and payments easily, and import them directly into Xero or other accounting software.

Does the integration between Xero and Libeo cost anything?

The integration is completely free! You only need to have a Xero and a Libeo account. Libeo is free for up to 5 payments per month and a single user. Otherwise, you will need a premium Libeo plan.
