Tell us about bewiz...

We’re an accounting firm that provides companies and their leaders with multidisciplinary support. Bewiz has about 50 employees, around 30 of whom work in the accountancy division, with the rest divided between auditing and legal, corporate and asset management advice.

Bewiz in numbers:

  • 4 partners and 50 employees
  • About 40 customers using Libeo
  • 60 to 80 invoices per month per user

What is your role as Libeo point-of-contact?

I train and support my colleagues with use of the solution, which is key for us as it forms the basis of communication between the firm and its clients.

But there are actually three roles. First of all, I underwent training with Libeo myself. Since then, I have been running regular in-house training sessions, while identifying user needs and suggestions. And finally, I am still in regular contact with Libeo staff when configuring new cases, but also to come up with ways to optimise the solution.

We were one of the solution’s beta testers in its early days, so it’s a long-standing relationship and an enduring one!

“Many solutions let clients file supporting documents themselves, but they do not necessarily integrate with our own accounting tools.”

What does Libeo bring to bewiz?

We save time and things are simpler. Every month we need clients to send us documents to justify their income and expenses.

Libeo is an extremely simple solution that lets us do this: clients upload items to the platform and these are directly integrated into our own software. The financial statements are ready much faster!

There are other solutions on the market that let clients send in their documents, but the format is not often adapted to our own tools, so the time saved on data entry is lost when reprocessing the data so we can export it to our tool.

What do your clients have to say about Libeo?

Some have not joined because they are not reassured to make payments outside the usual banking interface, but all recognize that Libeo has an undeniable advantage, the time saved on paying suppliers!

Libeo’s great strength is that it enables the transmission of invoices and the related payment within the same solution. It's a win-win solution: we accountants are delighted to link supporting documents and cash, and to automatically obtain the associated accounting entries, while their clients no longer have to connect to a sometimes very slow banking application. They pay in just one click and can focus on other things!

Libeo in three words?

Time-saving!

“Libeo’s great strength is that it enables the transmission of invoices and the related payment within the same solution.
