Lawyer Vincent Le Faucheur is the founder of Le Faucheur Avocats, a law firm specialising in employment law and assisting companies during Urssaf (social security contributions agency) inspections. With a team of six employees, they work mainly for corporate clients.

Although Vincent only works with few suppliers, he spends a lot of time every day processing his invoices. Filing, manual sorting, signing off payment and so on... all time-consuming tasks with no real added value for the firm, which needed to go digital.

Their priority? Automating the invoice payment process to save time and focus on clients rather than paperwork.

“Do you know Lydia? Libeo is exactly the same, only adapted to very small businesses.

BEFORE LIBEO: BINDERS, BANNETS AND LETTER TRAYS FOR INVOICES

Before Libeo, the process was quite simple but very old-fashioned.

When he received supplier invoices, Vincent filed them in a nice green binder and put Post-its on each invoice to inform his assistant of their payment date.

A considerable waste of time, for services with very little added value... Not to mention the risk of mistakes during data entry.

WITH LIBEO: SMOOTH PAYMENT PROCESSES AND STREAMLINED ACCOUNTING EXPORTS

Now with Libeo, the clouds have lifted! First of all, Le Faucheur Avocats saves a lot of time processing its supplier payments. Everything is digitised, and there is no longer any need to enter an IBAN: payment takes just a few clicks and Vincent can schedule payments on the date of his choice so they go through automatically.

And that’s not all: using Libeo every day has considerably improved the relationship between the firm and its accountant.

With sharing team rights, Le Faucheur Avocats’ accountant can import all the accounting entries made via Libeo himself, freeing up valuable time as he longer needs to input all the entries by hand:

From the Libeo account, the guest accountant has access to three main features:

  • a view of all your invoices;
  • management of accounting parameters;
  • accounting entries and document export.

They thus rely heavily on digital technology to automate accounting and administrative tasks and to better meet their clients’ needs. In doing so, they demonstrate that they are up-to-date with trends in financial management, helping them to stand out in an increasingly digital world in a simple, even natural way.

At a time when social, legal and strategic issues are at the heart of corporate governance, legal professions such as Le Faucheur avocats are increasingly in demand.

Also, they rely heavily on digital to automate accounting and administrative tasks and better meet the needs of their customers. They thus demonstrate that they are in tune with the evolutions of financial departments, and stand out in an increasingly digitized world, in a simple, even natural way.

"I recommend Libeo to all business leaders, including my colleagues.”
