A new chapter for Libeo

Dear clients, partners, investors, Libeons, 

4 years ago, starting from zero, Jeremy, Pierre-Antoine and I started Libeo with the vision of building a seamless way for SMBs to process and pay bills. 
Month after month, we have built a team of highly-skilled people, attracted 300,000 companies in Libeo’s network, scored thousands of paying customers, launched outside France, pioneered 1-click and IBANless payments and made them standard. 
This would not have been possible without raising more than €26m with world-class investors and business angels, to enable the company to scale its operations. 

4 years later, we are very proud of this talented team that has positioned Libeo as a leader in invoice digitization, a large and fast growing €20bn market. 
Despite a changing context in 2022, we succeeded in strengthening the foundations of our business and carrying on delivering high-value services for our clients. 
Now is the beginning of a new chapter for Libeo with new challenges to come and the most important one is to build a stronger product value proposition to continue growing in the context of the e-invoice revolution. 

That is why, we have decided to evolve Libeo’s governance and appoint Pierre-Antoine as new CEO.
Pierre-Antoine, formerly CTO/CPO, has a strong expertise in electronic invoices and payments. 
As for me, I will remain within the Libeo family acting as Board Member and will contribute to the team’s success in this role by using my market knowledge and contributing to the strategic vision and direction of Libeo.
